The images posted in TT should be about 800 x 600 pixels and not exceed 56,000kb... thats about half a meg per photo. If you don't have any software to downsize your photos, there is a good free one that you can download from here:

http://www.snapfiles.com/get/vphotoresize.html

It's easy to use and gets great reviews. You can convert your whole image folder at once using the batch resize function.
